Colorful Sunset Painting

I was born and raised in Chile. During my early years, I had a difficult time learning in school. I was bullied as a child. These traumatic events greatly affected my self-esteem and I thought that I wasn't good. When I was in school I was afraid to share my opinions because I thought that everyone would laugh and call me names. As the years have gone by I realize that we are all imperfect. If we want to be happy and successful in this life, we have to forgive the people that have hurt us. Once my children had grown up, I was able to take my father into our home and take care of him. He was blind and had dementia. Everyday he got worse as he got older. I remembered a moment from my school years in Chile that I had forgotten completely. When I was about 6 years old, one of the teachers told my mother that I had a talent for art. I decided to try painting to help take my mind off the trouble I was having with my father and his dementia. It was a great decision because I found that I could describe all of my feelings and emotions with my art. I have never taken any art lessons, this was something that I decided to do on a whim. I am so glad that God gave me this talent and it makes me so happy to create original art. I am thankful for my husband and family. They have supported me so much throughout this journey. If we treat everyone with love, patience, and respect, especially little children, we will be able to change the world and start to make a difference in the lives of those around us. Life is easy, but we make it difficult when we do not forgive and forget. I try to release my feelings and emotions into my paintings so that I can forget everything that is happening around me. I hope that you enjoy my creations and feel the intense burning in my soul when I made them. Years ago when I started painting it made me lose a lot of sleep as when I closed my eyes I saw faces and visions from the past. My third month of painting I went shopping and I forgot the hour, month, day and year as I had went completely inside my paintings. I was making 11 pieces of art every day and I could not stop. I felt like I was a printer. It was a crazy and happy time. I became close to the Spirit of God and made some gravity paintings. I discovered different techniques that were very miraculous and magical. When I was painting one of the paintings I wanted to put some grass in the painting, I turned around the grass appeared magically.
