About The Artwork

Light & Airy, this piece takes you to a place of peace and serenity. Calm cool colors with hints of light & bright will ensure that the space in which this piece is placed will be peaceful and calm with out the feeling of heaviness. Heavy texture that you can physically feel with multiple layers of soft lines and colors that compliment one another to create this wonderful piece. DISCLAIMER: The picture provided on on this page does not reflect my signature, I signed the piece on the bottom right shortly after taking this picture. I attempted to take another picture with the signature included and I could not get the updated pictures to appropriately reflect the color and texture of the piece. The picture uploaded here is the most accurate in regard to appropriately reflecting the color and texture of the piece. If you do not want the signature I will gladly edit the piece, please inform the saatchi representative if you desire the piece as shown in the picture, without my signature.

Creating vibrant abstract paintings is my passion and delight. My process mainly consists of creating physical texture that draws you in and layering beautiful colors that pop, in an effort to create a piece that commands presence. I use a variety of mediums to bring my inspirations to reality; my favorite medium is acrylic. Many artists that I have spoken with, do not like how quickly acrylic paint dries, yet I love it for that reason and use it to my advantage when building layers. I also use gesso, heavy gel, glass beads, sand, rocks, feathers, varnishes, tape, and etc to bring my visions to life! My Art Education: 2012-2013 Jerry Bass of Corpus Christi, TX 2013-Present Teta Smith Studio of Dallas, TX
