Tolga Kutlu had the opportunity to work with different masters at different stages of his artistic career, taking lessons from painters of diverse styles. Drawing on the knowledge of these masters who worked with traditional methods, he began to produce modern works. Until 2020, the artist worked as a designer, illustrator, and art director in the advertising industry during his busy career. He blended digital drawings with works produced using traditional methods, producing artistic graphics. For the past 11 years, he served as the art director of the Istanbul Metropolitan Municipality and worked on international graphics and paintings for the promotion of Istanbul. During this period, the artist also worked with masters from various schools of art, broadening his experience and developing his personal style. He created advertising posters, music album covers, posters, billboards, and murals using traditional methods. The artist, who produces acrylic and mixed media works on canvas, has created and sold reproductions for collectors in London and Bahrain. Tolga Kutlu continues his professional career in his private studio in Atakent, Istanbul.
