About The Artwork
I love dragonflies, they are so fragile looking and so gentle,, but so fast when they fly. I have painted three on a flower head. To show the irridescence on their wings I have used interference acrylics, which produce a beauriful shimmer effect in sunlight. It is sold unframed, but the deep side edges are painted so it is ready to hang.
