"Dada's boy" is a salute to the Dada movement. Not only does "dada" means hobby horse in German but images like the horses head and the little boy's black lips are used to punctuate the point. Oil on acrylic and aerosol with oil crayon on canvas.

A native Cape Codder who's work hangs in NYC, Israel and South America, I'm currently living & producing work in an old mill live/work space in Pawtucket, RI. Although I do work in abstract, abstract expressionism my current work is something I call "von innen" or from within. The layered mediums and contradictory colors help to produce a rhythm that viewers and collectors have described as "pure energy", "connective energy" and "explosive" expressions of how memories and emotions feel.
