ABOUT THE ARTWORK
I had just started working in my newly renovated studio, and did a quick expressive abstraction based on the view out my gorgeous picture window. Then in a fit of joyful abandon i started adding 'bubbles of joy', to express how i was feeling and to enhance the view, playing off the delicious color palette I'd created. This started a series of paintings I am still working on now.
