Oleksandr Piletskyi (Alex Pelesh) was born in Ukraine(Dnipropetrovsk) into the architect's family. Alex graduated from the Art College and worked as an interior designer in a designer studio. Alex moved to Warsaw, Poland where he continued to work as an interior designer. In his design projects Alex liked to use wood, and colored glass and oil paint. Being really enthusiastic about art, Alex finished glass blowing courses where he acquired a skill of glassmaking. To Europe Alex begins to painted pictures. He gives them to the friends and donated paintings for charity auctions. By becoming a volunteer for a charity organization that was helping emigrants from the former USSR he took part in social activity. In 2015 Alex receives the invitation from the USA. He begins career of the artist. Alex continues the traditions of the great French artists-impressionists of the 19th century. Especially close to him is Renoir who, like Alex, loved to paint cityscape. Alex's paintings bright and cheerful. Alex believes that a good artist is to be like a psychotherapist. Alex paints not only paintings creating restful atmosphere in which you want to rest and relax, but also pictures that bring up the holiday mood, give a desire to live and love. One look at such paintings will make you exclaim "Wow!" Alex Pelesh worked an interior designer in Europe for the long time and knows how to decorate the home’s interior. Alex started to exhibit his art in Poland. He participated in numerous solo and group exhibitions in many Polish galleries since then, but his art is also represented now in galleries in the USA, Canada, Europe and in private collections throughout the world.
