I was born in the city of Port of Spain in the southernmost Caribbean island nation of Trinidad and Tobago in the West Indies, and grew up in the Caribbean, Mediterranean, Middle Eastern and European regions. I am a citizen of the United States and Trinidad and Tobago.
My mountain studio, studio 8280, is near the Indian Peaks Wilderness west of Denver, Colorado as well as a new studio in Norman, Oklahoma.
