We need to create, but it must have purpose, for all." I am passionate about life and try to portray life's beauty in my art. One only live life once, make the best of it! I love photography, printmaking and painting in oil on canvas. I absolutely adore nature, especially the sea. When I am near the sea, I get inspired to paint. I usually jump in my car and take a ride out to some of the best beaches in the world, here just 40km from Hopefield, in the West Coast. I love the West Coast National Park near Langebaan, as well as St Helena Bay and Paternoster. All this places inspire me to take photographs and to paint. I prefer to paint from memory, but my own photographs help me when I need to see how something actually look. I am open for any commission work.
