ABOUT THE ARTWORK
The idea for this work comes from a district of the city of Barcelona that was renovated for the 1992 Olympic Games that took place in the city. The new neighborhood suffered a great face wash with a lot of new modern buildings and trendy spaces. New places and buildings are still growing up and the district is a non-stop battlefield for architecture nowadays. I like to reflect a new idea of structures for this area into my work, and to offer different colors and a geometrical vision with the mediterranean sea as background.
