Dutch Tavern Scene Painting

I was just driving down Franklin Avenue and sitting at the curb was a broken ornate frame. I picked it up and took it home. After some surgery it looked pretty good, so I painted this tavern scene. An argument has broken out between local villagers and disrupted the festivities at a local pub. This was the first of a series of painting Masterpieces. I started working on found images and recoloring and reworking them, but sometimes only subtly. The painting is in acrylic and on masonite. Sale includes the frame which is wired and ready to hang. It would be shipped wrapped in bubble wrap and in a flat cardboard box. The measurements in this piece also include the frame.
