It is difficult to be silent…. Honestly! I was lucky enough to visit 15 countries on our wonderful planet, coz I love to travel. And live for a long time in different cultures. For your understanding, until I was 20, I lived in Eastern Europe, then 15 years in Asia, now ... .. in Wes…tern Europe Recently I finished 2 large paintings “Eco city versus Industrial city” 2 parts 122 x 137 cm each piece 2021 Well, now the most important thing is perhaps ... what did I want to say? And what prompted me to write such “other” paintings that are not typical for me))) My art, of course, a grain of sand in the vast world of Fine Art, but this time I wanted to voice the problem! I really love our planet, flowers, forests, animals, beautiful seas and oceans. And if all this disappears due to the fault of PEOPLE, will we be able to call ourselves “reasonable humans” after that? I am very sorry to look at many things…. Already the heart is crying! After all, there are a lot of problems with the development of industrialism in the world, so why can't people at least clean up a picnic spot after themselves !? After the picnic - collect the trash! And carry it away! And do not throw it under the nearest bush ((( Teenagers - after gatherings with beer and cigarettes - can walk to the nearest trash can and throw empty bottles there! And not diligently trample into the ground or, even worse, compete in breaking bottles! (((( After all, then, perhaps very soon, just a couple of years later, perhaps it can be your son / daughter / puppy who will cut his leg / paw at this very place! Parents should teach their kids not to throw away candy wrappers, chewed gum and stuff like that…. I generally keep quiet about industrial pollution…. Rather, it is about this my picture Industrial City! It takes millions of years to neutralize the effects of these pollution. Industry and car exhaust are a major source of air pollutants: heavy metals, nitrates and toxins from plastics. The gases and toxins emitted by industrial plants come from the burning of fossil fuels. And water pollution often occurs due to oil spills, acid rain, city runoff. Land pollution is mainly caused by industrial waste depriving the soil of essential nutrients. And then we are surprised: the tomatoes are not so tasty anymore! Cucumbers are not as crunchy as they used to be! If we continue at this pace - soon the air will no longer smell like air at all! And even though you drench yourself there from head to toe with Chanel and Dior - it won't help! Deforestation - Every year, an area the size of Panama is cut down and Forests produce fresh oxygen and help regulate temperature and rainfall. Currently, forests occupy 30% of the land, but every year more and more are being cut down! What for? Is it not enough? Water Pollution -While industry dumps toxic substances into rivers and oceans, water becomes an economic and political issue, people are fighting for this resource. Is drinking water getting more expensive? Eco city is largely utopian ideas Green transport for a green city. Designers want to reduce the number of vehicles that require an internal combustion engine and switch to electric vehicles. So far, this is a utopian dream, because of which other eco-projects have failed. But many cities are trying to make their streets cyclist and pedestrian-friendly. It is necessary that more parks and reservoirs appear in cities. (In which people will not throw all sorts of rubbish !!!) But of course, architects and understanding people who do not think about momentary pleasures are already creating masterpieces, for example: Masdar City will become the first city with zero carbon emissions - it will live off the energy of the sun, wind and geothermal sources. And it will be in the desert !!! Japan plans to build the world's first underwater city, Ocean Spiral, by 2035. The world's first 3D-printed city may appear in the coastal waters of Rio de Janeiro. The Khazar Islands is one of the most ambitious projects in the cities of the future. The architects plan to create 41 artificial islands in the Caspian Sea with a total area of 30 sq. km. This is just a small part of what people are working on right now.
