Contact us.I am Anton Soldatov, an artist from Astana, the capital of Kazakhstan. From an early age, I was drawn to the expressive power of art—whether through pencil, brush, or acrylic paints. Since 2012, I have focused on developing my own creative identity, where each brushstroke becomes a dialogue with an imagined world.
In my paintings, realism meets a gentle impressionism, allowing me to convey subtle emotional nuances through structure, texture, and the interplay of light. I find ongoing inspiration in the vast Kazakh steppes and the majestic expanses of the ocean. My favorite subjects include landscapes, still lifes, and female portraits, striving to capture their hidden beauty and depth.
My journey was not always linear: for a time, I served in a border guard unit, which taught me discipline and reverence for the surrounding world. Later, I traveled to Japan and immersed myself in traditional Eastern aesthetics. It was there that I discovered the importance of the finest gradations of light and shade, a concept that has since become central to my art. Today, I continue to explore new techniques and expand my artistic horizons, creating pieces where nature, culture, and imagination unite in harmonious expression.
