Creating 'Ethereal' was a labour of time, technique, and exploration. Through meticulous layering and blending, I aimed to capture the delicate beauty of white flowers. Symbolizing purity and life's transience, this artwork invites people to pause and appreciate the inherent beauty that surrounds us. Working on this piece, I found solace in intricate details and the interplay of light and shadow. However, after the last few artworks, transitioning from crumpled paper objects posed a unique challenge, requiring a difficult adjustment to a different material. Despite its size, this artwork stands out as one of my most time-intensive projects, demanding over 300 hours of meticulous work. With each new series I undertake, I've learned that there are unique challenges to overcome. While primarily working in series, with occasional commissions, I find it intriguing to adapt to different subjects. I aim to uphold hyper-realism and meticulous detail without compromising artistic excellence. Embracing this continuous learning process, I eagerly look forward to each new series. Through this artwork, I aim to evoke reflection and connection. Immerse yourself in its delicate nuances, exploring the emotions it evokes and finding personal meaning within the simplicity of the bouquet. By sharing this piece, I hope to bring tranquillity and a deeper appreciation for nature's creations to a wider audience.

Hello! I'm Kabir, an emerging hyperrealist artist based in Mumbai, Maharashtra. My artistic journey over the past year has been deeply rooted in the nuanced shades and textures that colored pencils bring to life. My dedication to hyperrealism is more than a display of meticulous technique; it is a passion that captures the essence of my subjects with striking clarity. Having received the prestigious Top in Country award for Art & Design in 2021, my resolve is to continuously refine my skills and knowledge. I am on a path toward earning a Bachelor's and Master's in Fine Art, which I believe will further expand my horizons and enhance my craft. Art is a relentless quest for growth and perfection, and I am committed to embracing the challenges that come with it. I welcome feedback and constructive criticism, as they are invaluable to my artistic development. I believe that every piece of art is a conversation, and I am eager to engage with fellow art enthusiasts and critics alike. You are invited to view my portfolio and latest projects on my Saatchi Art profile.
