This is a delightful little art piece, mixed media on wood. I collaged a painted and eco dyed pieces of silk and threads on wood crate. I used the acrylics media, paint and spray to finish the painting. The edges are extension of the painting, partially sprayed with dark grey paint. Inspiration was the details of nature, color of rocks and grey colors of the early evening. There are shiny silver details painted and drawn, maybe the moon started to rise. The colors shine differently with different lighting. Layers of see-through silk with the paint in between and over the layers make this piece so unique and interesting.
