The artwork arrives rolled in a tube "UN-framed" with a Certificate Of Authenticity and is Embossed with the artist's unique stamp. This art is also embellished with gloss coating in selected areas. This particular piece shows riot police armed with water guns. In the background stands a girl with an umbrella as rain fall on her and the officers. The raindrops symbolize bullets because water is presumed to be the ammunition fired from the guns. *Why a NYC subway map? In the early 80's graffiti youth who could not afford to buy art materials would carry a subway map and ask other graffiti writers to tag (autograph) their names on them. Not to be out done over time writers began to draw and paint their monikers more elaborately and colorful. Today it is hard to find anyone else who does this better than Rodney PANIC Rodriguez.
