About The Artwork
This painting is based off of a photo I took while out hiking with a friend. This spot was just a little way above a small waterfall that I hoping to get some photos of, but nature had different plans. The trek down to the waterfall was covered in thorn trees and been washed out quite a bit, but along the way we came a crossed this wonderful sight. I was lucky that I got the photo when I did because the next time I was there the fallen tree had been broken and washed away.
