ABOUT THE ARTWORK
Currently on display and for sale at DistrictArts in Frederick, Md. "Flow" was inspired by a photograph taken by Vincenzo Fratterolla of Vintage Photo. I loved the simplicity of the sink contrasted by the complexity of the reflections of the faucet. "Flow" also added a challenge of effectively portraying white on white. This piece offers a clean contemporary feel. There is no texture other than that of the canvas in which it was painted.
