About The Artwork
This painting is inspired by my new years resolution. Rather than having a specific goal or achievement in mind, this year I wanted to set an intention. And the intention is to blossom. To create soil which seeds can grow and blossom from. Skulls and skeletons for me repress what is fundamentally human, BEFORE gender race and social status. I want to explore those things which are essential to the human experience, often touching on those things that are more raw and immediate about being human. Acrylic on circular board. 40cm diameter, the board is around 1cm thick. Comes with fixings on the back, ready to hang. Signed at the back. Also comes with a certificate of authenticity.
