Foglie in Autunno - Leaves in Autumn Painting

I'm a Master Goldsmith and I've been in this profession for thirty years. Since 2005, my interest in art has extended to painting. So, next to my jewelry store in Rome, near the Pantheon, there is my art studio. While in jewelry I deal with little things which require patience and discipline, in painting I can express myself with large, free movements. I love a big linen canvas that requires a great effort to paint, the creative force of abstract expressionism, plexiglass frames and acrylic colors. The discovery of painting and the knowledge of colors, gave me a chance to find another way to express my emotions and to understand more deeply who I am and what I feel.
