ABOUT THE ARTWORK
This is a portrait of "Frank", the main character from the cult movie "The Rocky Horror Picture Show" from 1975. There is nothing much left to say except how lovely and amazing Tim Curry was in this epic performance! Artistic technique: scratchboard It was a very slow and meticulous job because every single mark was made with a pin with which I engraved the black paint on a transparent plastic sheet. The artwork will be shipped with its own passepartout.

“Nowhere else does light come out with such strength as from the deepest darkness” I started as a child with drawing, as I imagine everyone does, when I seemed to have a million things to say and few words, then I moved on to restoration, sculpture, painting. Today the bulk of my work is in scratchboard, a slow and demanding technique, which allows me to bring the drawing closer to the sculpture while I engrave the layer of color on the transparent support with a pin.
