I was born in Jagodina. Currently I live and work in Belgrade where I finished master studies at the Faculty of Applied Arts. My art development was influenced by famous artists such as Edgar Degas, Michelangelo, Van Gogh, and Russian masters of painting. The techniques which these masters had used always attracted me. To mastered it, I have often practiced to paint the copies of their paintings, especially Vermeer. I can freely say that they are my best teachers, beside my professors, Goran Rakic and Miroslav Lazovic. My way of painting is academic and studios. The first layer of painting is monochrome and lazure to the ligthest tons. On my palette are all shades of blue, usually Turkish blue to ochre and zinc white. I also use pigments that I mix up with oil color. When I choose motives I exclusively use my photos. My favorite techniques are pastel and oil.
