ABOUT THE ARTWORK
My father in law occasionally rents out fabulous places to stay. Luckily he invites us to join him. Our cousin Carly was getting married this particular weekend. I was immediately enthralled and had to begin painting! I sat out on the rocks and looked up at the view and this is what I saw. I loved how the cliffs were able to hold on to the sun. Just fabulous!

Her style borders between representational and abstract. The colors and lines of her paintings are inspired by Matisse during the Fauvist movement and Lawren Harris of the "Seven" in Canada.
