Her work enables her to better understand and champion the diversity, complexity and trajectory of contemporary women. Born in Pittsburgh and a long time resident of New York, Selbach recently moved her studio to rural Connecticut. Selbach’s work has exhibited in museums, galleries and collections internationally, including the Heckscher Museum of Art, The Butler Institute of American Art, the Wausau Museum Of Contemporary Art and the MEAM museum in Barcelona.
