ABOUT THE ARTWORK
The Golfo Ártabro is located in the north of Galicia, Spain, and is made up of three rias which serve as a meeting place between water and rock, between the ocean and the continent, through a jagged coast and multiple islets. This series aims to represent the idea of contact between two fundamentally antagonistic elements, but which interact and end up mixing. Via a reduced choice of colors and simplified shapes, this painting shows the visual memories of this landscape, and the sensations it aroused. Contemporary painting measuring 150 x 100 cm. Acrylic and clay on canvas. Sold rolled in a tube.
