ABOUT THE ARTWORK
The painting was inspired by memories of my childhood home. The piece is comprised of resin, iridescent colours and silicone oil. I used the memory of my home to create the piece and used color theory to develop a provocative theme. Home is a one of a kind piece. Delicate yet deep emotional responses are provoked as viewers interact with the piece to ground and stabilize it.
