Harmony of Cultures Painting

Álvaro Valle da Silva (Brasília, Brazil, 1961) is a contemporary artist whose work investigates humanity’s transition from a materialistic and fragmented civilization toward a new paradigm of ethical, spiritual, and technological harmony. Self-taught in painting and deeply influenced by architecture, naval design, and symbolic thought, Valle da Silva developed a visual language marked by structural precision, compositional balance, and conceptual depth. His background as a naval structures designer for over three decades refined his sensitivity to space, proportion, and realism, now transposed into large-scale figurative-surrealist paintings. Since 2016, he has dedicated himself exclusively to the NEW ERA Project, a cohesive body of work structured in seven phases of human and cultural evolution — from consciousness awakening to the perpetuation of a new civilization model. His paintings function as visual meditations on gratitude, altruism, spirituality, and the ethical use of technology.
