This is my first painting as part of my 'Having It All' series, which of course is ironic in its message. Most of us strive to 'have it all', but the reality is that it's a constant juggle and sense of not doing anything properly. This is a battle I contend with throughout my daily life: working, children, family life, financial stresses etc etc etc The colours are particular favourites of mine, but each is deliberately representing a different emotion or reality. This is an unframed canvas 20" x 24" with a hook already affixed so it is ready for immediate hanging.
