Pamela Rys (b. 1987, Poland) is a London-based contemporary visual artist working across painting and sculptural abstraction. She holds a Master of Fine Arts (2017) and has a multidisciplinary background in fine art, visual communication, and fashion design. Rys’ practice is characterised by richly layered surfaces that combine gesso, pigment, sand, wood, and reclaimed materials. Through textured compositions and dynamic colour structures, she explores material transformation, natural rhythms, and spatial perception. Working with a strong commitment to sustainability, she integrates recycled and cruelty-free materials into her studio process. Her works evoke meditative fields of colour and form, inviting a contemplative engagement with energy, nature, and the physical presence of paint.
