I started to work on salient paintings from the recognition of the situation in which many direct experiences in reality are being replaced by indirect experiences through digital media. I wanted to talk about the importance of visual and material experiences by creating works that are not completely replaced by flat images. I want to deliver a lively experience through works that emphasize three-dimensionality and texture.
