Hello, I’m Criselda Manalo, a visual artist from Manila, and I’m grateful to be steadily making a name for myself in the international art scene. Since I began my artistic journey in 2021, my unique perspectives and creative expressions have started to capture the attention of art lovers both locally and around the world. I’m best known for my paintings on canvas, where I love to blend elements of realism and abstraction to celebrate the beauty of life. I have a deep appreciation for colors, textures, and forms, and through my art, I aim to evoke emotions and inspire those who view my work. One of the biggest highlights of my career so far has been being recognized as one of the “100 Female Artists of the World,” featured in New York’s prestigious Times Square. Receiving this recognition was an incredible honor, validating my efforts and placing me among some of the most promising contemporary artists on a global scale. I recently received recognition from the exhibit I had in Korea last October 2025. Back home in the Philippines, I’ve had the privilege of participating in multiple local exhibitions, where I’ve been able to share my passion and creativity with fellow Filipinos. Knowing that my work has found a place in collections across the country is truly rewarding. My journey has also taken me overseas. I’ve been fortunate enough to exhibit my work internationally, including shows in Florida, Greece, and South Korea. These experiences have broadened my perspective and helped me connect with a wider audience, further fueling my passion for my art. Despite the recognition and new opportunities, my commitment to growth remains unwavering. I’m continually learning, experimenting with new techniques, and seeking collaborations with other artists to expand my creative horizons. This dedication to my craft is at the heart of everything I do. For me, creating art isn’t just a personal pursuit—it’s an invitation for others to pause and appreciate the beauty around us. Through my paintings, I hope to awaken inspiration in others, and remind them of the subtle and profound moments that make life meaningful. As I continue on this journey, I’m excited for what lies ahead. With passion, dedication, and the constant desire to grow, I hope to leave a lasting mark on the global art community and inspire others through my work.
