A graduate of the Carleton School of Industrial Design in Ottawa, Jodie went on to work for Canadian successes - Mitel and BlackBerry. With BlackBerry, Jodie was part of a select team tasked with defining a vision for the future. This work involved design workshops in Milan (for the annual furniture fair), Copenhagen, and London. In this role, Jodie designed alongside collaborators Frank Gehry, Swarovski and Porsche Design.
Now working as a freelance industrial designer, she dedicates more time and focus to her artistic projects. With roots in design, it is naturally a source of inspiration in her artistic endeavours, providing a unique perspective.
