Lower resolution photo, but more representative of the actual colors
Note: High resolution photo bleached out the pink highways. Other images provided to show actual colors. Having painting professionally photographed again soon.

A journey of color therapy meets the profound urban organism. Here is a human being representing a neglected nature, one denied legitimate placement in the sciences.

Our modern form is often assumed to be an unnatural, destructive imposition on Utopia. This interpretation is incompatible with evolutionary theory because it suggests modern humanity is separate from and in conflict with Nature. I suggest we are not separate. We belong here. Earth is still in control.

A biological interpretation of urbanization, one where there is no right or wrong, one without judgement or ego reveals the blind spot of the modern era. The urban organism exudes human purpose; we make spores.

This painting brings together pink and green, channeling Floridian flamingos

I am a scientist and artist. My hand-painted, abstract cities represent the Urban Organism, a biological interpretation of urbanisation. My cities are imagined. If a real location is painted, it is an idealised vision of the future, a case study in urbanisation. The pieces featured here do not represent my full body of work. You're seeing archival artwork only.
