Improvisation in blue by Enrique Pichardo is one of the works that shows Maestro Pichardo's enjoyment with his canvas, where the brush takes flight with freedom and allows creation to take place with the artist's openness and enjoyment. The lines travel like a free dance across the canvas and create characters, figures full of details and contrasting colors. Created in acrylic on canvas with large format dimensions of 200 x 150 cm. His lines evoke great artists such as Joan Miró, Pablo Picasso, Piet Mondrian, Paul Klee, Jackson Pollock, José Manuel Merello, Juan Gris and Albert Gleizes. Enrique Pichardo stands out as an exceptional artist, whose creations radiate boundless vitality and a captivating personality. The Mexican plastic artist, Enrique Pichardo, has more than 30 years of experience as a painter. His technique and style combine artistic influences from other countries with the traditional Mexican influence. In his own words, he defines his art as naive expressionism. The plastic work of Enrique Pichardo has more than one aspect. On the one hand, he creates works that are densely populated with shapes, figures, and colors. On the other hand, he has abstracted urban landscapes with a neutral color palette that recreates everyday situations. However, the special characteristic that maintains the cohesion of all his pieces is the conviction of approaching art through a return to his childhood and his first traces. Paint like a child, paint with more expression than technique, paint with feeling over technique. The painter seeks the skillful strokes of his inner child to carry out each of his pieces.
