About The Artwork
Infinite Ocean is an acrylic painting on canvas. It was inspired by the joy I find in the ocean; swimming in it, gazing at it, the bright, briny smell of it. The clear azure blue on the darkest navy background has high impact, but the work can also be viewed from a conceptual perspective as a comment on our warming and rising oceans.
