Inner-combustion Painting

I created this one with a palette knife. I took large amounts of acrylic paint with my knife and attached the paint lump to the rest of the ones already on the canvas. Working slowly in order to keep the colors distinct but also connected. It was repetitive and slow work, but the repetition was freeing. This artwork represents an error in a major thought construct that I was held in. This one error was wreaking havoc on my perception and mental health. However, once I painted it out, giving it form, I freed myself of it and neutralized its power.
