About The Artwork
The artist uses brain wave synchronization CD's and enter what she calls the 'zone,' when she creates an abstract. Sometimes the painting comes to her in a dream, other times it emerges onto the canvas out of nowhere, evolving until it is born. Usually, the painting will tell Wallo when it is finished and give her its name. When she is done, she sometimes looks at the painting and asks 'did I do that?' It is an experience like no other. Wallo's art and dogs are her children, pieces of her very heart and soul. It's sheer bliss when her work speaks to another soul, especially to the point where they feel they just must have it. It's about a lot more than making a sale, it's about sharing a vision.

As a young child I won a gold medal for a drawing of a dog. My father and I used to draw together. I graduated from Montclair State University and did take some art classes there, however, that was not my major. I am mostly self taught. I began painting seriously in 2000 and in 2009 I was in a 4 state competition with thousands of aritsts in a museum. I won First Place in Painting oil/acrylics. The juror was the previous director of the Guggenheim so this was quite an honor!
