Sonia Biesuz aka Sunfreestar is an Artist and Designer living in Rome, Italy for the past 10 years.
She was born in Ethiopia and lived her high school years in Kenya where Art became her passion.
Through the study of Art History, she came to love the works of Claude Monet and his approach to expressing Nature through close observation and the use of colors, as well as works of Pointillism and the concept of Expressionism.
Her biggest passion and inspiration is the Natural World both for its beauty and its hidden structures and patterns.
The discovery of mandalas and sacred geometry was a turning point in her career deepening her love for the perfection of creation, and began her understanding of the healing aspect of Art and Mandalas in particular, as a reflection of our inner world and consciousness in each moment of our lives.
She loves to play with bright colors, light, and brilliance through the use of Gold or White. Balancing structures with the feeling of flowing energy.
