It Is Safe For Me To Play Painting

This painting is part of my Drishti Series of paintings that are inspired by the question: How can I live in the flow of the frequency of my well-being?  This series of mixed media abstract paintings is personal, meaningful, and intended to be a visual summary of what I learned along my healing journey to mental well-being. And even beyond that, what I learned from seeking to intentionally to feel good and be happy. I believe healing is possible for every human being on this planet. I also believe we can all learn to be happy. If I had to choose one core element that helped me in my healing journey, it was learning to discern my mental focus and intentionally choose thoughts that cultivated good feelings. The practice of meditation was most helpful in this cultivation of discernment.  In Sanskrit, the word for focus is called ‘Drishti’. Hence, I named this series of paintings the Drishti Paintings. I invite you to participate with the paintings, to sit with the painting of your choice - the one that really resonates for you -  and ponder its title in regards to your own vitality.  We are all capable of experiencing well-being. Breathe deeply. Let yourself feel supported, and loved. Universal Source energy is available to all of us. We just need to let it in. Each of Drishti paintings is created with healing intention, imbued with a frequency of well-being, a visual anchor to invite you on a journey inward, and to experience remembering your own internal strength and balance.
