It's all about the ducks Painting

I was born in 1976 in Pula, where I completed secondary education at the School of Economics in 1994. In 1995, I enrolled at the Faculty of Humanities and Social Sciences in Rijeka, studying Fine arts and Art Education. In 2001, graduated in painting under Professor Marijan Pongrac and earned the title of Art Education Teacher. In 1997, was awarded as part of the comic collective Varieté Radicale in the category “Innovation in Comics,” and in 1999, received the third prize in the category “Short Comic” at the Comic Salon in Vinkovci. From 2002 to 2008, gained teaching experience as a vocational subjects teacher at the School of Applied Arts and Design, Pula, and at the Vocational School Pula, while also teaching art education in several elementary schools in Pula and its surroundings during the same period. In 2003, passed the State Professional Exam for Art Education Teachers in Zagreb. That same year, became a member of HDLU Istra (Croatian Artists Society of Istria), exhibiting paintings and comics, drawing a regular comic strip for "Glas Istre" newspapers, and publishing comics in international comic magazines and fanzines. Since 2009, I've been a professional associate, and from December 2015, a museum educator at the Museum of Contemporary Art of Istria (Museo d’arte contemporanea dell’Istria) (State Professional Exam, MDC Zagreb, December 2015). In 2018, I was appointed vice-president and member of the Board of Directors of HDLU Istra. I've exhibited in fifteen solo and ninety-three group exhibitions in Croatia and abroad (painting and comics). In 2021, resigned from HDLU Istra membership. I'm the recipient of several awards for painting. Live and work in Pula, Croatia.
