ABOUT THE ARTWORK
This is a landscape or street scene near the artist's home completed on the last day of 2020. She was inspired by the interesting patterns and lines in the composition of the houses, mailboxes, manhole cover, cars, electrical wires and trees. So inspired she took many photos on the street and went home to paint. The artwork is created in exceptionally vibrant shades of blue, yellow, orange and green in the artist's lighthearted and playful mood. This is the beginning of a small series of works inspired by this street. The painting is unframed with neatly painted edges. All the needed hardware is attached and the painting is ready to hang on the wall.
