Jilted Painting

Jilted. For me a line provides a sense of certainty, in exploring cubism and the idea of viewing multiple perspectives simultaneously, I started to think about how as humans we compartmentalize.. The abstracted planes of the figure and it's surrounding by lines represent a relationship by which the is experiencing the world and this moment of being "jilted".. There is a narrative in my head during to process of creation but to me, It's more interesting to create curiosity for the viewer, in this way I hope the relationship with the work evolves just as a one's observation of book or a movie changes when you come back to it - I hope what you see changes as you change.
