Every time that I visit the Indianapolis Museum of Art, I stop by to visit and pay homage to Georgia O'Keeffe's "Jimson Weed" painting in the permanent collection. Last summer, I was out for a walk with my camera and I took a photo of the Jimsonweed blossom that would later become the model for this painting. I owe my interest in painting flowers, to O'keeffe. This painting wraps around the side of a gallery wrapped canvas, so there is no need to frame it. It is ready to hang. This painting will ship within approximately seven business days after your order is placed.
