I don’t paint artworks…
In fact, I feel that I rather tell stories; mine, yours… and these stories are triggered by a remote memory, from an old rediscovered book, an obsessive tune, a poem or a game that belongs to childhood.
This painting is a personal interpretation of the Noah's Ark narrative through which God spares Noah, his family, and examples of all the world's animals from a world-engulfing flood, executed in a semi-abstract style in a warm gray and brown palette to emphasize the epic aspect of the legend.

I am an Italian painter, illustrator and designer, born in Sassari in the island of Sardinia, where my career as an artist started back in 1976. After several group and individual exhibitions in different Italian and European cities, I settled in Paris, France in 1990. There, I established a textile design studio and produced many prestigious furnishing fabrics collections worldwide. From 1993 to 2000, I participated in International fairs such as INDIGO in Lille & Brussels, HEIMTEXTIL in Frankfurt and SURTEX in New York. I moved to Lebanon in 1998 and was responsible for managing the creative output of IKONA Design (advertising agency), in parallel to my painting career and participating in individual and collective art exhibitions. Since 2017, I'm based in Barcelona, Spain and I dedicate my time fully to painting. I have been painting for more than 40 years. In other words, Art has become a second language for me that allows me even better than words to express my emotions and my views on essential things in life.
