About The Artwork
My inspiration for this piece is the game of Mexican Bingo, or Loteria as its called. It is played like bingo except they don't use numbers, but objects such as ,"la calavera", or the skull. Im putting my own twist on this series by adding some still life ingredients for mexican salsa and making the objects and characters that appear on the playing cards more surreal.

I graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Graphic Design from the Art Institute of San Diego. I've always had a fascination with art. As a young boy, I discovered I had a natural ability to create. Ranging from sculptures with simple modeling clay to some of my most recent acrylic paintings, I have refined my skills to make cohesive collections of art. I'm always inspired by nature and the human world. Mixed with a little bit of science fiction and surrealism is where my style lies.
