About The Artwork
This beautiful acrylic painting by Eddie Ferraioli, is reflective of his concern for violence against women, which is present in much of his art. Ferraioli was born in Santurce, Puerto Rico, graduated from the University of Puerto Rico where he obtained a bachelor’s degree in Arts with a specialization in Psychology. He studied the crafts of stained glass, jewelry and sculpture at the New School of Social Research, and design studies at Parsons School of Design, both of which are in New York City. He also has a Master’s Degree in Art from New York University.
