Las Meninas extentions Painting

La peinture de Diego Velasquez, les ménines, ainsi nommée depuis 1843 dans le catalogue du musée Prado, a toujours fait partie des œuvres les plus commentées. Dans ma toile « Las Meninas Extensions», que pensent donc l'archiduchesse Marie-Anne d'Autriche, nièce et seconde épouse du « roi-Planète » et son royal époux Philippe IV, grand collectionneur et mécène, du gorille plongé dans la lecture d’une revue animalière et du lémurien artiste de Chardin qui fait son autoportrait ? Les singes ont en effet longtemps été considérés comme inférieurs puisqu’ils ne pouvaient que « nous singer », autrement essayer de nous imiter.
