About The Artwork
This Giant Stone Buddha at Leshan is Carved at the cliff near the riverside in 803 A.C. overlooking the Minjiang River in Sichuan, China. It measured 71M in height and the eye measured 7M as well. The buddha safeguarded the water traffic during the ancient time and the structure merged seamlessly into the cliff. You can still climb up to the buddha's body nowadays. It is enlisted as the WHO World Heritage. You will admire the amusing craftsmanship of the people at that time and indulge in the wonder of this timeless masterpiece.
