Double vanity - these are the names of my overpainted snapshots. Since each photo only represents a frozen impression, a trapped feeling, torn from the flow of life, I hear these silent witnesses quietly calling for transformation, wanting to flow again, having a new existence. So I use a brush or spatula to breathe new life into the pictures. As I live in wonderful Bavaria, I paint the lovely landscapes and the animals living here.
