This is something I love to do... collage in old book pages, poems, dictionary pages and then find a word or sentence to inspire and guide the painting. In this case, it also became the title. This painting is part of my Little Gems Series. These paintings are my practice pieces, small studies exploring new ideas and practicing old ones. They are infused with the joy, love and passion I feel in the studio and that energy is imbued into the painting, my gift to you!
